Besides it’s vast collection of original works of art and tribal sculptures from all parts of Africa, African Heritage features authentic artifacts from the peoples of Kenya. There are more than six lines of jewelry including "Africa Adorned" by Angela Fisher, whose books of the same name is the most famous book on African body ornament, and the hand painted beads by Lady Susan Wood whose Kazuri Beads has its major outlet here. There is a vast range of home accessories from the tabletop items to Christmas tree ornaments. African Heritage is a pioneer in developing Kenyan soapstone which is hand-crafted and incised in African textile designs and other themes

Banda Street has a charming café for snacks and drinks. At Libra House, there is a lavish salad and juice bar, soups, hot, and cold entrees and deserts. There is often lunchtime entertainment with Kenya’s famous “African Heritage Festival" featuring authentic costumes from all parts of Africa and a unique fashion collection created from the hand woven and hand painted textile of Africa is presented regularly at Libra House with a sumptuous Pan African Buffet. This show has traveled round the world with a cast of dancers, musicians, models, acrobats, contortionist and stilt walkers.
